About this event

Are you tired of doing the same old routes over and over again? How about trying something a little different?

This is a no-drop ride that is a little over 45 miles long. We will start in Village Park in Cranbury. We will ride out to our rest stop - a Wawa in Freehold Township - which is about 25 miles into the route. Then we will ride back to Cranbury. On our way to the rest stop, we will ride through suburban Freehold and even pass the office for the Asbury Park Press. There is only one major highway to cross (back and forth), which is Route 9 in Freehold.

Considering the temperatures will be hot this day, there is an optional stop at Gil & Bert's Ice Cream shop on Main Street in Cranbury before we head back to our cars at Village Park.

As this is a B-level ride, our average speed will be between 15.0 - 16.9 mph.

The map for this route is listed in the club's Ride With GPS account under the name "Something Different 45.4".
