Interested in long-distance unsupported endurance cycling called randonneuring? This style of riding is non-competitive in nature, and self-sufficiency is paramount. For the randonneur, an event they enter is called a brevet (rhymes with Oy Vey!). These are typically 200, 300, 400, 600, 1000 or 1200 kilometers, each with a specific time limit. Hacketstown 300K is organized by the New Jersey Randonneurs. The updated preliminary route is 187 miles with 8,265 feet of elevation gain.  Use the link below for more information about the event.
