Look: this one's not for everybody. Part of the route on the way there is milled (due to flooding, not for construction; that part's ALWAYS gonna be milled), and the route back includes a long strip of Main St in Somerville and Bound Brook.

But I've gotten multiple requests to do this route again, and if these guys (yeah, of course they're all guys) want it that bad, then I'll schedule it.

The stop is at the Italian Bakery and Espresso Bar in Raritan, and it IS that good that it's worth the bad route. (Or at least it is to some of these riders...)

The usual stuff: No toilets at start. Stops as needed. Planned rest stop at Raritan Bakery (are you paying attention?).

Faster riders are welcome to come to the start, take the route, and go off the front. I intend to ride within the stated pace range. Nobody dropped.

Riders-in can meet us at Griggstown Firehouse about fifteen minutes after the scheduled ride start (or anywhere else along the route), but let me know in advance if you're gonna do that.

If you're planning to listen to music on this ride, use bone-conduction headphones. Earbuds, over-the-ear headphones, or music audible to other riders, are not permitted.
