NOTE the NEW START LOCATION.

And check out how flat that short route is. If you can keep a bike upright for the distance, you can do this ride.

Look: some of youse have gorgeous bikes you never ride, because they're not comfortable, or geared too high, or they weigh more than that carbon-fiber wünderbike that you treated yourself to a few years ago. This is an excuse to bring that pretty bike out.

Or you have a friend/spouse/whatever, with whom you never ride because your abilities are different. Come on out and ride together for this no-pace, no-pressure occasion.

Or I don't even know what. But come on out for a no-pace ride. The fast folks will go off at their own pace, and we in the back will gossip about 'em and make rude jokes with each other. It'll be great. Nobody dropped... and nobody rides alone on my rides.

Now, there IS a porta-potty at the start. We'll still stop as people need to, and we'll have a scheduled rest stop at the McCaffreys in West Windsor. You'll be surprised at what a decent stop that is.

Some have complained that RideWithGPS underreports the amount of climb - but check out the elevation profile on the linked route. I mean, come on!

If you're going to listen to music, use bone-conduction headphones. Earbuds, over-the-ear headphones, or music audible to other riders, are not permitted.

I'm lookin' forward to this.
