**Tea, or Coffee, or Cocoa, or Gatorade, or Beer or just plain water! Come out and enjoy a loop on the towpath on both sides of the Delaware. Today we will start in Stockton, NJ and head south to Lambertville, cross over the Delaware into New Hope, then north and back across into Frenchtown for tea, coffee, etc., before heading south again to the start. About 32 miles total.

Our rest stop at 20 miles will be at the Bridge Cafe in Frenchtown, a magnificent location inside the walls of a former train station, also well known for its sweeping views of the Delaware River, making it an incredible stop. Don't miss out!
