this is a ~50 mile, ~5,059' climbing, very challenging course - must have at least a 40 mile and a high elev course (above 4,000) since April for conditioning.
given climbing: this group pace will average 15-16mph, conditions permitting

I will email out instructions the night before. We are parking at The Little York, a country pub, planning to have refreshments after the ride.
