Take advantage of a warm February day for a leisurely ride on a car-free rail trail. Starting at the trail head at the corner of Herbert & Sharon Station roads, we'll head down to the terminus in Upper Freehold/Cream Ridge for a brief stop and then head back to the starting point on the same trail. Round trip is about 18 miles. There are porta potty facilities at each end. The trail has a crushed gravel surface and passes through open space, some woods and crosses over many streams. Any bike with 28mm or wider tires will do the trick. Bring a snack and hydration. Rain will cancel.
