This is a 40-mile route that starts at the Mark Harbourt Soccer Field Parking Lot in Allentown. There will be 2 rest stops: 1 rest stop @ mile 17 at Emery's Farm Stand. The other rest stop @ mile 22 at Tootie's in New Egypt for some ice cream.
This ride is a B level ride (15.0 - 16.9 mph average) and it is a NO-DROP RIDE. I will ride with the slowest person and I will make sure they finish the ride with me. If you choose to ride ahead, you are on your own. You may wait for the rest of the group to arrive, but the group is not going to speed up to keep up with you.
**NOTE: To get the GPS route, go to the club's Ride with GPS Library and look for "Allentown 40".
This route is relatively flat with only about 1,200 feet of elevation climb.
