Maintain your fitness and have some fun with your fellow club members while working out indoors! This is a ZWIFT group meetup ride which anyone can join regardless of your riding pace. Riders will stay together no matter how many watts they can crank out. Simply email or text the ride leader with your Zwift username and you will receive instructions as to how to join our Zwift group. i‘m putting in a ride on friday hoping that the temperature stays mild.
i‘ll be using my gravel bike. we will be riding 40 miles with an average of 16 -17.5. it all depends who shows up.
the route will be: elevation is 1410 ft.

Four miles flat but varied terrain: grass, dirt, gravel, and rocks. Porta potty at the start. Wear appropriate shoes; bring water; snacks and walking sticks not a bad idea. Meet at boat launch parking area to the right. Bad weather or poor trail conditions cancel. No registrants, no hike.

Last year a group of PFW riders went to the Dory during Giro week and had a fantastic time. It was so much fun that we’re planning on doing it again and wanted to know if you’re interested. It’s very economical and the hotel is wonderful.
For this trip everyone is on their own for their own arrangements. I’ll likely visit another city (not yet determined) before the Dory, which provides an opportunity for acclimation to the time zone.

Join old or make new friends on this highly anticipated annual ride led by Mike Valazza. Expect Low B [avg 15.0-15.9 mph]. Depart from Cranbury at 8:00 am for full century (100 mi).
This year‘s route goes from Village Park to Sea Girt through Asbury Park, up to Rumson and back via Holmdel and Englishtown. Lunch stop at/near Playa Bowls in Belmar (mile 47.1). Rain cancels. Limited to 19 registrants plus ride leader. Once registration is full, text ride leader to be added to waiting list.
To be fair to all the registrants, it is expected that everyone can ride the required pace and distance. To be sure we don‘t get caught in the dusk/dark, we will start at 8:00 am and plan to be back between 3:00-3:30 pm.
I am not sure at this time whether or not anyone will schedule a faster or slower paced century that uses the same route. Stay tuned.
